In response to Coronavirus, we'd like to highlight the work that Regenerate-RISE (Reaching the ISolated Elderly) is doing in our communities.
They work tirelessly to eradicate isolation across the UK, providing a combination of services for the elderly including lunches, outings, activities, pastoral and practical support, outreach, hospital and home visiting.
This is made all the more challenging with the outbreak of Coronavirus - following Government guidelines, Regenerate-RISE has had to close its centres to protect clients as much as possible from contracting the illness.
Nevertheless, Regenerate-RISE will be working tirelessly to provide a Support Service to older people that require assistance during this time within the borough of Wandsworth including:
- A weekly Supply Box with essential items
- Telephone support
- A shopping/prescription collection service
- Sandwiches, cold lunches and desserts delivered to the door through both The Feel Good Bakery and through Regenerate-RISE
- Activities for older people to do at home.

Until at least the end of June, £1 for every large Teasup loose leaf pack sold will be donated to Regenerate-RISE.
